Clinton's 'tough-gal bravado' didn't connect with voters

NORFOLK, Va. – The candidate who talked a lot of schoolyard smack got smacked down.

U.S. Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., won the North Carolina primary big Tuesday, by a double-digit margin. He kicked U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y. in the rear end of her pantsuit.

Sen. Hillary Clinton's road to the White House by steam rolling Barack Obama is causing some Democrats to question if her bruising campaign strategy will further alienate black voters and result in an irreversible racial divide within the party.

A group of North Carolina conservatives have launched a website, ExposeObama.com, seeking to paint Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) as a far-left liberal weak on crime.
